Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years or older.
This competition is open to everyone

2. Entry Methods:

Entry is via the Castle Players website – www.castleplayers.com by completing the online form.
There is no limit to the number of times a person can enter.
There is no purchase necessary to enter this competition

3. Prizes:

The winning entry will receive:

A visit to Mithril Ales, Mithril, Aldbrough St John, Richmond, North Yorkshire on 17th June to ‘hop’ the new ale.

A visit to The Old Well, Barnard Castle on 28th June to taste the brewed ale.

2 tickets to the opening night of Shakespeare In Love at Whorlton Village Hall on 1st July.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

There is no cash alternative given for prizes.

Castle Players reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary and will endeavour to communicate any changes as soon as possible.

4. Disqualification:

Entrants may be disqualified if they violate any of the terms and conditions.

The promoter may reserve the right to disqualify entrants who engage in unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour.

5. Promoter's Liability:

Castle Players accept no liability for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from entering or accepting the prize. Castle Players accept no liability for costs incurred due to any changes made to the prizes.

Castle Players are not responsible for the actions of any of the aforementioned third-party providers.

6. Other Common Terms:

Castle Players will adopt our standard Data Protection and Privacy policies as stated on the Castle Players website www.castleplayers.co.uk .

Winners will be expected to participate in publicity including photographs and/or video, local press, digital and social media, and grant permission for the use of their name and likeness in future Castle Players publicity.

The promoter's decision on the winner is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into following the completion of the competition.
