Launch Pack
Written by Amanda Whittington, Ladies' Day is by turns hilarious and poignant. Set against a backdrop of a fish packing factory in Hull, the play follows four ladies who swap their overalls for posh frocks when Derby Day comes to York races.

Audition Pack
The play requires four strong female leads plus some supporting male cameo roles.
​
Heather and Sarah's vision is to transport the audience from the cold, dreary fish factory and the cold winter to the glamorous, bright and exciting York racecourse in June.
​
Anyone interested in auditioning for the production is invited to attend the launch on Tuesday, 30th September, from 7-9 pm at Startforth Community Centre to find out more!

Auditions will be held on Friday, 3rd October, 6-7 pm and Tuesday, 7th October, 7-9 pm, both sessions will be at Startforth.
