The War has brought rationing, and the English to the island - but when the Whisky runs out too, morale hits rock bottom. So when the SS Cabinet Minister runs aground with a cargo of fifty thousand cases of ‘The Water of Life’, the islanders can’t believe their luck… until Captain Waggett of the Home Guard tries to put a stop to their fun…
